We are very excited about the upcoming release of our revised platform, due out at the beginning of Jan 2025. We have rebuilt our platform from top to bottom to better accommodate the changes that are happening in sports video technology.

Our soon-to-be released platform is the best we have built yet. Much effort and design has gone into this rebuild in order to provide you with tools that are intuitive, efficient and productive.

  1. Live Streaming: There is no doubt the video recording market is shifting to automated cameras and single-clip, long-running game videos. We are introducing live streaming to our lineup this year, allowing teams to directly stream video to their WGF film library or even stream it live to Roku, YouTube, X, etc.
  2. Sideline Replay: A side benefit of our effort in building live streaming into our product is another add-on feature, called Sideline Replay. This feature allows teams to view the in-game video live on the sidelines using a tablet or phone. Coaches can quickly review a play, bookmark a spot in the game to come back to later as well as tele-strate over the video making players see and understand what is happening in the game.
  3. Breakdown: Pre-defined fields are no more; you now have unlimited ways to break down your film. We've implemented "Tags" so you can enter as much data as you desire and even use your own specific nomenclature.
  4. Markers: Allows for a play-by-play experience on single clip games. See the game in plays (just like individual clips) even though the film is a single long-running, multi-hour video.
  5. Film Transfer: Support for Pixellot, Veo, DropBox and iCloud in addition to Hudl, Google Drive, YouTube and NFHS Network
  6. Scout AI: Use AI to generate thoughts and new ideas regarding strategies and matchups with an upcoming opponent.
  7. Universal App: We now have a complete application lineup for your devices. WatchGameFilm officially runs on Windows, Mac, iOS, Android and Web.
